i received a top floor room as requested. the apartment was within WALKING distance of all the sites.

there are many steps to the fourth floor, but there is a lift. i did not get a response to my email request about the top floor. there was NO reply to my email.

the apartment is situated very close to the main train station and city center areas. it is a fairly quiet location, so it is not too noisy at night. i found this aspect quite convenient during MY stay.

The apartment has a lift that goes to the third floor. From there, a flight of stairs leads to the top floor. the building provides a taxi service to the airport if you need transportation.

The location was central to many attractions. The apartment was spacious, accommodating a family comfortably. All amenities were available in the kitchen. We were able to check in early. The beds were comfortable.

Cleanliness was lacking. There was a pervasive cigarette smell. Smoke drifted in from the inner yard. The security guard smoked inside his cubicle at the building's entrance, the smoke spread into the hallways.

The apartment was very clean upon arrival and featured elegant decorations. I found the central location convenient and surprisingly quiet. Building b had a balcony, it provided a lovely space to unwind (i enjoyed my morning coffee there). I appreciated the proximity to major sights, shops, restaurants, and a metro station.

I noticed some minor soundproofing issues within the apartment. Sounds from neighboring units were occasionally audible.

The building offers an elevator for accessing higher floors, though it may be a bit slow. There's a lift to the 3rd floor, then one flight of stairs to the apartment. A restaurant in the courtyard provides convenient dining options.

there was no hot water in the bathroom, it was a real disappointment. instead of bath towels, we only received two hand towels per person. i wish they had provided coffee pods for the coffee machine as a courtesy.

the apartment was clean and stylish. the location was perfect, close to public transport. the automated check-in was convenient although a bit complicated at first.

the corridor had a strong cigarette smell that spread into the apartment. the bathroom lacked hooks for towels which was inconvenient. the beds had some short black hairs on the pillows and sheets.
